Never received it appalling business practice, dreadful company.

I ordered an air pump for my bike from here as it was stated to be in stock for immediate despatch.7 days later it finally arrivedI ordered some parts from Germany at the same time, they arrived before the air pump despite being held in customs for two days.If your in any kind of hurry for your purchase, I would try elsewhere.

Delivery delayed once due to snow, but good communication around this. Product arrived undamaged and a great price.

Exceptionally quick turnaround (a week in advance of the predicted delivery!) and a cracking pair of boots. Will definitely be shopping here again, and direct rather than via Amazon next time!

The boots haven't turned up after two weeksEDIT: Apparently the boots were lost in transit so I advised the company to stop using Hermes, who seem to 'lose' lots of stock. Shan't use this company again if this is my first experience of them.

Really pleased with my purchase, sent one back as ordered 2 sizes so waiting on return confirmation , hopefully get it soon

Waterproof jacket ordered on line, delivered promptly and when expected and no issues at all with service. Jacket of good quality all as online description.Would use service again and would recommend Ultimate Outdoors to others

Two orders placed and both delivered on time without any hassles. Excellent service and I highly recommend Ultimate Outdoors. I had reason to phone with the store before order placement and they were very friendly, efficient and helpful. An all around great experience.

Zero communication on timing of order delivery (despite the fact it was allegedly coming from stock) and no way to track order status in the website. The website directs you to Customer Services and Customer Services automated response directs you to the website. Brilliant

Second time I've tried to order the crampons. The first I was sent an incorrect item (ice axe). Now I am still awaiting my order being dispatched after making the purchase on 2nd December ?

Unfortunately the items I ordered were returned as they were a very poor fit
